1. General Terms

By using the m8bet website and application, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between m8bet and the member. Every member must accept these terms at the time of registration, and they apply to all subsequent transactions.

M8bet is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Account creation or use by anyone under the legal age is completely prohibited. Failure to verify age may result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

2. Account Rules

Registration & Identity

Providing accurate and up-to-date information at registration is mandatory. Submitting incorrect information may result in a temporary or permanent account closure. If your details change, please update your account as soon as possible.

One Person, One Account

Only one m8bet account is permitted per person, household, or device. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited. Creating duplicate accounts to claim bonuses more than once will result in a permanent ban.

Account Security

Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is not permitted under our terms. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact m8bet support immediately.

• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or rented to any third party.
• Changing the mobile number or email address provided at registration requires KYC verification.
• In cases of suspicious activity, m8bet may request additional documentation for verification.
• If an account is inactive for 12 months with no activity, m8bet reserves the right to deduct a maintenance fee.

3. Betting Rules

Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. Please carefully review your selection, stake, and odds before placing a bet. If a bet is suspended due to a technical issue, m8bet will do its best to resolve it.

Odds Changes

Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds shown when placing a bet and those shown at confirmation may differ slightly — this is normal market fluctuation. m8bet's system always records bets at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.

Match Cancellations & Rescheduling

If a match is cancelled before it begins, the full stake will be refunded. If a match is abandoned after it has started, the outcome will be settled according to the applicable rules.

• The minimum stake per bet is ৳10.
• Maximum stake limits are determined by the selected event and the member's account tier.
• M8bet reserves the right to void odds displayed due to an obvious technical error.
• Bets may be suspended if match-fixing or irregular activity is suspected.
• If a selection in a parlay bet is voided, that leg will be removed from the accumulator.

4. Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit

M8bet supports multiple payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits are generally instant — if there is a delay for any reason, please contact support. Depositing through a third party (using someone else's bKash or Nagad number) is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal

A minimum balance of ৳500 and completed KYC verification are required to make a withdrawal. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.
• Cash balance and bonus balance are displayed separately — bonuses cannot be withdrawn until they are unlocked.
• Multiple withdrawal requests can be submitted on the same day, but each will be processed separately.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All m8bet bonuses and promotions have their own terms and conditions — please read the relevant terms before accepting any offer. General bonus policy is outlined below:

• Withdrawals cannot be processed until the applicable wagering requirements have been met after a bonus is claimed.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is still active.
• Bonuses have a set expiry — if the wagering requirements are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• If bonus abuse is detected — including arbitrage betting or the use of multiple accounts — the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.
• Wagering requirements generally count bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50.
• Cashback bonuses apply only to net losses incurred from the cash balance.
• If you have a bonus code, it must be entered at the time of deposit — it cannot be added afterwards.

6. Responsible Betting

M8bet believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a reliable source of income. That's why several responsible gambling tools are active on the platform for members:

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limit: Set your own maximum stake limit for each bet.
• Self-Exclusion: You can exclude yourself from betting for a set period of time.
• Cool-Down Period: Option to take a 24–72 hour break.

• Registration using false or incorrect information

Any eligible balance will be returned after account closure; however, any funds obtained through fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

• Please include your account details, the date of the incident, and a full description in your complaint.
• If needed, please attach any relevant screenshots or transaction reference numbers.
• M8bet's decision is final — however, reasonable appeals will be reviewed.
• Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.

10. Changes to Terms & Effective Date

M8bet reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of changes via SMS or email to their registered mobile number.

Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account at any time.
